As an innovative manufacturing enterprise, JIUSHENG owns more than 1,000 sets of high-quality molds, and owns die-casting equipments, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, automatic sandblasting equipment, DISK automatic electrostatic spray painting lines, screen printing and pad printing equipment, precision laser machines, magnetron vacuum sputtering plating machines and other advanced high-end comprehensive manufacturing equipments. It has 100,000-level purification assembly workshop and finished product assembly workshop, and it has exquisite processing and manufacturing technologies and strong manufacturing capability covering diaphragm gold plating. Back plate grinding, capsule assembly, microphone fabrication, product testing, product aging, test to delivery of finished product.
